Shipping

Studio Beurre is offering worldwide shipping as well as pickup in Berlin Neukölln (free of charge).

Orders shipped outside the EU might be subject to customs and taxes.

All orders are shipped through DHL and shipping fees are a combination of DHL prices and package material.

After receiving your order it will be packed as quickly as possible but please keep in mind that you are ordering from a small business and delivery might take up to 14 days. Once handed over to DHL, Studio Beurre is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company, please expect longer shipping times e.g. before christmas.

If you are based in Berlin you can pick up your order at my little studio in Neukölln free of charge. Select pick up at the checkout and we will schedule a time for you.

Studio Beurre is not responsible for packages getting lost or that can´t be delivered due to mistakes in address or receiver details. So please take a moment to check your shipping information twice. Should an item get damaged during shipping, please take a photo to show the condition it arrived in and attach it to your email to studiobeurre@gmail.com. Refund requests without an attached proof of damage unfortunately can't be fulfilled.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order you may send it back at your own expense within 14 days. The item must be returned in unused and undamaged condition in order to be eligible for a refund.

Should the shipping company not be able to deliver the package to you or you miss to pick it up at the post office, the parcel might be sent back to Studio Beurre. If you still wish to receive the package, you'll have to cover the shipping costs again.

Please pay attention to packing and wrapping it well to ensure a safe journey and feel free to send me an email for shipping advice.

Keep in mind that every piece is handmade which means that slight variations can occur.
